M building is starting to take shape!

On Friday 22nd May, we reached the end of an important phase of work in EHL’s campus development. M building is now hors d’eau et hors d’air, protected from the weather and ready for work to continue on the inside. To celebrate this milestone, we held a bouquet de chantier, on the first floor of M building, in the heart of the campus. Christian Gery, Director of Infrastructure, is "happy to continue this tradition."

A flavorsome appetizer and a formal meal were offered to the almost 200 workers to thank them for their hard work. 40 companies and specialists have worked on the project since May 2014, meeting the deadlines set despite a harsh winter. Rémi Walbaum, Director of Campus Development, pointed out in his speech: "You have real pressure to continue to meet the deadlines: these young students who are on their way". Indeed, in September 2015, the new classrooms and faculty offices are to be entirely ready. EHL will welcome 1730 new students in the coming year, from a total of 92 countries.
